Welcome to VVPSS Private Limited Taxi Services ("VVPSS," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our taxi services, including through our website, mobile application (if any), and other related platforms or services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use our Services. 2.2. VVPSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services if any information provided by you is found to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
3. Service Description and Booking Process
3.1. VVPSS provides a technology platform that connects Customers seeking taxi services with independent third-party Drivers. VVPSS does not own, operate, or employ the Drivers directly; rather, it facilitates the booking and payment process. 3.2. Booking a Ride:* You can book a ride through our mobile application or website by providing your pickup location, destination, preferred vehicle type (if applicable), and other necessary details. * Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation message with details of your ride, including the estimated fare, driver details, and vehicle information. * The booking confirmation is subject to the availability of a Driver. VVPSS does not guarantee the availability of a taxi at all times or for all locations. 3.3. Ride Execution:* The Driver will pick you up from the designated pickup location. * You are responsible for being at the pickup location at the confirmed time. * During the ride, the Driver will follow the most efficient route as determined by their navigation or as mutually agreed with the Customer. * Upon reaching the destination, the trip will conclude, and the final fare will be calculated.
4. Fares and Payments
4.1. Fare Calculation: The Fare for a trip will be calculated based on various factors, including: * Base fare. * Distance travelled (per kilometer rate). * Time taken (per minute rate, including waiting time). * Peak hour surcharges, if applicable. * Tolls, parking charges, and other third-party charges incurred during the trip. * Applicable government taxes (e.g., GST). * Any specific charges for selected vehicle types or additional services. 4.2. Estimated Fare: An estimated fare will be provided at the time of booking. This is an estimate only, and the final fare may vary based on actual distance, time, route, and any unforeseen circumstances during the trip. 4.3. Payment Methods: You can pay for Services using: * Cash directly to the Driver. * Online payment methods integrated into our platform (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, mobile wallets). 4.4. Payment Responsibility: You are solely responsible for timely payment of all Fares and charges incurred for your use of the Services. 4.5. Refusal of Payment: In case of refusal or failure to pay the Fare by the Customer, VVPSS reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including suspending your account. 4.6. Receipts: Upon completion of a trip, a digital receipt will be sent to your registered email address or made available through the application.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
5.1. Customer Cancellations:* You may cancel a booking at any time before the Driver arrives at your pickup location. * A Cancellation Fee may be applied if you cancel a booking after a certain time period (e.g., 2-5 minutes) from the time of booking confirmation or after the Driver has accepted the ride and is en route, as specified in our application. This fee compensates the Driver for their time and fuel. * The Cancellation Fee amount will be displayed in the application or communicated to you. 5.2. Driver Cancellations: Drivers may cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances or inability to reach the pickup location. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged to the Customer. 5.3. VVPSS Initiated Cancellations: VVPSS reserves the right to cancel any booking for reasons including, but not limited to, unavailability of drivers, technical issues, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms. 5.4. Refunds:* Refunds for online payments will be processed in accordance with VVPSS's refund policy, typically within [Number] business days. * Cancellation Fees are non-refundable.
6. User Conduct and Responsibilities
6.1. Your Responsibilities: You agree to: * Provide accurate and complete information when booking a ride. * Treat Drivers respectfully and professionally. * Be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time. * Ensure the safety and security of your personal belongings during the trip. VVPSS and its Drivers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in the vehicle. * Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the ride. * Refrain from any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior during the trip. * Report any issues or concerns immediately to VVPSS customer support. 6.2. Prohibited Conduct: You shall not: * Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. * Damage or deface the Driver's vehicle. * Consume alcohol, drugs, or engage in any illegal activities in the vehicle. * Carry any illegal, dangerous, or hazardous materials. * Harass, abuse, or threaten Drivers or VVPSS staff. * Interfere with the operation of the Services or our technical infrastructure. * Create multiple accounts or attempt to defraud VVPSS or Drivers.
7. Driver Conduct and Responsibilities
7.1. Drivers are expected to: * Hold valid driving licenses and all necessary permits/documents as required by law. * Maintain their vehicles in good, safe, and clean condition. * Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations. * Treat Customers respectfully and professionally. * Follow the designated route or mutually agreed route with the Customer. * Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during the trip.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1. No Warranty: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VVPSS does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 8.2. Independent Contractors: You acknowledge that Drivers are independent third-party contractors and not employees, agents, or partners of VVPSS. VVPSS is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or negligence of any Driver. 8.3. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, VVPSS, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: * Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services. * Any conduct or content of any third party (including Drivers) on the Services. * Any content obtained from the Services. * Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. * Any loss or damage to your personal belongings. * Any delay, cancellation, or error in a trip. * Any accident or injury occurring during a trip, unless directly and solely caused by VVPSS's gross negligence. * Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event shall VVPSS's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to VVPSS for the specific Service in question during the immediately preceding three (3) months.8.4. Force Majeure: VVPSS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VVPSS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

All content on the VVPSS website and mobile application, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of VVPSS Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as generally permitted through the functionality of the Services.
11. Termination
11.1. VVPSS may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. 11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. 11.3. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting VVPSS customer support.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
12.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 12.2. Jurisdiction: The courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services. 12.3. Arbitration (Optional - Consider adding if preferred for efficiency, but consult legal counsel): Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent of the parties. The seat and venue of the arbitration shall be Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 14.3. Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and VVPSS's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. 14.4. Changes to Terms: VVPSS reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website/application with a revised "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. 14.5. Headings: The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not affect their interpretation.
